Toronto, 1928.
Burrel gets " Good Luck" letter, started by an American Officer,
send to nine people, don't break the chain or bad luck will
result. " Count nine days and then you will have good luck." It
"should go three times around the world." Ninety-nine names
on bottom - including officers, lawyers, judges, all men.
